There are five aspects to fitness: Muscular Fitness (strength, explosive power and muscular endurance), Neuromuscular Fitness, Cardiovascular Fitness, Flexibility/Mobility and Body Composition. To achieve the optimal level of fitness, all of these areas must be addressed.
